The scheduled 6 week yoga courses are $90 (paid in advance) or pay as you go at $18 a lesson. For small private groups or one to one sessions for yoga, relaxation or meditation please contact Lamanda to arrange a price.

What to bring?

Some Yoga mats can be provided, however if you wish to bring your own mat please do. Please bring a blanket for the relaxation part of the class.

What should I wear?

Wear clothing that is comfortable and loose so that you can stretch without any restrictions. It is also useful to wear layers so if you become warm while practising you can remove a layer, which can then be put back on for the relaxation at the end of the class. 

How long should I leave between eating and coming to class?

Yoga is best practiced on a completely empty stomach; so no heavy meals at least 3-4 hours before the class. A light snack 2-3  hours before the class is ok.

Where can I park?

Some Parking is available on front drive of the studio (5 cars max) or park up on the street on Parker Rd

What if I am pregnant?

Lamanda does not currently teach pregnancy classes at this point in time.
